Today teams returned to the practice pitchs to prepare for the upcoming season to begin.  Team managers met again today to try and hash out the new Quidditch schedule as they go through a reorganization of the League.  The new league will be broken up into 2 Districts.  The Districts will be made up of 7 teams each.  The Banchory Bangers were allowed to reform to make the leagues even.  Each Team will play all others in their districts twice as well as have 4 matches against teams from the other district and 3 non-English/Irish teams.  At the end of the year their will be a two round playoff to determine who will play for the League Championship.

Today marked the first day in which Quidditch team fanclubs are allowed to form at Kings Cross Station.  The Headmistress has noted that no fanclubs have been formed.  If anyone is interested in forming a Quidditch Club, they should contact the headmistress as soon as possible.
